Integrated Management Service (SGI)

The Integrated Management Service (SGI) is an initiative dedicated to optimizing the organizational processes at UFSC through the implementation of information technology tools and collaborative analysis. Our goals include supporting the university units in monitoring strategic processes, so as to promote operational efficiency, better information management and a more convenient environment for the entire university.

The responsibilities of the Integrated Management Service (SGI) are:

  • map, evaluate, and rationalize UFSC organizational processes, working together with the university’s academic and administrative units;
  • implement information technology tools for managing UFSC processes, aiming for greater cooperation between different university areas, in order to optimize work processes;
  • optimize existing processes to improve information management and maximize results through focal groups;
  • offer subsidies for process modeling standardization, consolidating process governance at UFSC;
  • offer support to the different units regarding the monitoring of processes that include deadlines and strategic referrals for UFSC.
